What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, or any amount credited directly to your player account when a deposit is made.
Additional offers or special promotions may be presented and will be available on our promotions page. Where no additional conditions are specified, the general terms and conditions for our bonuses will apply.
1. Operation of cash and bonus balances
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposited amount is placed in a "cash balance" and any associated bonus amount is placed in a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance may at any time be subject to a withdrawal request in accordance with the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and any associated winnings are withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements are met. Progress toward meeting the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering conditions
2.1 By default, the amount to wager is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only wagers placed using the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements for that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully satisfies the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player makes a withdrawal request before meeting the wagering requirements, any active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically forfeited.
2.5 Each game has a different contribution level towards the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, and table games and live games 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to meet the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. Beyond this period, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
2.7 When a wager uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is called a "mixed wager". In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum stake allowed when using a bonus is INR 900 per game round. If the player places a stake higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings obtained from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit on winnings generated from free spins is INR 27,000.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits related to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least once on slot machine games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request cancels the free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the game window provided for that purpose once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site's server. This happens in real time; however, it is possible that the display cannot be reset until after a short time. Regardless of the jackpot amount shown in the game, the jackpot amount on the server at the moment of the win is the reward that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment equal to or greater than 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days for processing.
5. General bonus rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus(es) offered by Paripesa, the player declares that they automatically accept the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses listed on this page.
5.2 A player may receive a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address.
5.4 Unless otherwise indicated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside of any promotion, the maximum allowed withdrawal is 20 times the bonus amount.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following the receipt of a no-deposit registration bonus is limited to 100 INR.
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings in the event of fraud or where the player has placed bets with almost zero risk solely for the purpose of fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the associated winnings.
5.10 Any game manipulation such as the use of the Martingale practice, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) are not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to the suspension of the account and/or any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In that case, they must contact customer support before placing any bets and/or starting to play in order to remove the current bonus and disable the receipt and display of any future bonuses.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).
5.14 Paripesa also reserves the right to modify, add or remove any information related to bonuses and promotions as well as the terms and conditions. In case of change, the date of the last update will be indicated at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
5.15 We invite you to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions to see if they have recently been modified or updated.
5.16 Bonuses offered by Paripesa are intended only for players seeking entertainment. Abuse of bonuses or our promotions is not permitted.
5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and refund the initial deposit.
5.18 Paripesa reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving our promotions at any time, for a defined or indefinite period, at the management's decision and at its sole discretion.
5.19 In case of dispute, the decision made by Paripesa management shall prevail and is final.
